Year 5 Trip to Lulworth Cove

Early on Monday morning, Year 5 set off South to visit Lulworth Cove in Dorset. This was their introduction to their new topic: Coast. Rangers from the Lulworth Estate guided the children through the jaw-dropping features of Stair Hole and the Cove, highlighted the risks of landslides and helped identifying fossils on the beach. This was a highly informative and enjoyable trip, the glorious sunshine made it perfect. Thanks to all our parents volunteers who made this trip a success.
